TOFEL is to evaluate English proficiency of People whose native Language is not English. TOEFL measures the ability of non-native speakers of English to use and understand North American English as it is spoken and written in college and university settings.
The new TOFEL test will be delivered via the IBT and allows ETS to capture speech and score responses in a standard and fair manner.
